Active members

1. Active members are issued one credit of $35 for each day of work as a volunteer.

Committee Leads

1. Active committee leads are issued two credits of $35 annually in January.
2. Active committee members are issued one credit of $35 annually in January.

Elected Officers

1. Elected officers are issued five credits of $35 annually in January.

Rules common to all

1. Credits are only granted to active members whose annual dues are paid.
2. Credits are earned by signing the attendance sheet on a workday.
3. The credits are issued on the club’s website and are used to reduce the cost to register for a ride event.
4. Up to ten credits at $35 each can be accrued.
5. To view your accrued credits, login, select Profile, select Payment/Credit History.
6. Unused credits expire one year after date issued.
7. Credits shall not be used to pay annual membership dues.
8. Officers have discretion to add or remove credits.

Five credits at $35 each is $175 which is the cost to register for a WDSR Event.

Membership committee is responsible for tracking volunteer workdays and to issue credits.
